My thoughts exactly. I don’t see the need for Huang Yi to shock everyone into such a mindless state even if he is trying to elevate Shi Sufang. He already did that with Yanran and Qin Qing. XSL is from the 21st century with extraordinary talents, a fact that Huang Yi has been drilling into our brains since the very first chapter. He has met and bedded countless beautiful women so far, plus he is married to the #1 beauty of the story. I don’t care how attractive, elegant, and knowledgeable Shi Sufang is, XSL should not be struck speechless by this woman. It doesn’t make sense and portrays him as shallow.
