Wow, he is really sporty and agile. Even after watching that scene several times, I still can't believe that he can jump into the car so effortlessly. Luckily he is small-built ... imagine Mengzhe or even Shaowei trying to do that

Thanks for the clips, exadel. I will watch them when I get home. I really admire Xiezhi for his willingness to try things, but I just hope he is careful when performing stunts.

Yeah- I heard that they got a good response in Vietnam. Hopefully they will go back to Hong Kong again this year. They got a good response there as well.

Well, I have to say I'm speechless- Xiezhi was so agile jumping into the car through the window- but I still think it is a little dangerous. Yeah- I can't imagine Mengzhe, Shaowei or even Renfu doing this stunt.

Finally took a peek at the pictures from the China magazine- Really glad to see that they are on the cover! Just proves that the news about them being banned from performing in the Olympic opening ceremonies was bogus.

Xiezhi really does look tired in the clip, but at least he is still able to joke about himself.

I was reading some of the reports, and one seem to suggest that originally XZ had to open the door but because it jammed he jump through the window instead. Not sure if they're talking about the script or reporting what's happening at the scene.

Haha. This is a good one, very funny. Yes, with Xiezhi's quick-thinking, the crew managed to film that scene successfully even though the car door was jammed. I guess Xiezhi probably wanted to wrap up filming quickly rather than wait for the crew to resolve the problem with the door.

3) He is still in negotiations with regards to the annual Baseball Stars Charity Match. (Mengzhe did mention in last week's WQYL that they may be involved in a baseball match in Nov 08).

4) He thanked his fans for supporting him & ZQMTX. Though he didn't get much sleep, he still enjoyed being in the show because his role is very challenging. He feels that everything is worth it so long as the fans and viewers like the show. (Ya, wonder how much longer can I bear to watch Mingjie being scolded, slapped, misunderstood in ZQMTX. Viewers voted him as the most unlucky male lead in any 8pm show. They even said that his role is more sorrowful than any of Qiong Yao's female leads. Viewers have started counting the number of characters in ZQMTX who had slapped him though most feel that it is easier to count the number who has yet to slap him ).

That's funny, exadel- that Mingjie's story seems to be even more tragic than a Qiong Yao heroine's. But I agree that this role is really challenging and can really help showcase Xiezhi's acting/fighting talents.

Recently there were reports that the TV station is trying to find the culprite for the low ratings so Mingjie will disappear for a while, after his rendevous with Shaofang. But I'm not too sure. If I'm not wrong the filming would sort of coincide with the concert in Vietnam. Then again, I'm being abit defensive here.

Chen ZhaoRong has also clarified that his anger was directed at Sun Zhong and not XZ personally, not that I blame him, I would be angry if I was him too, most of the fans feel the same way too. I'm starting to wonder if Sun Zhong is really so big mouth or because he has a previous record so the reporters are twisting the things he say. Because it seems almost idiotic to be so offensive.

It was also reported that the scene where She Chong (?) hit Mingjie had the highest ratings in the series so far.

I really don't think the ratings are that bad- I mean it's been #2 since it premiered, plus it's hovering close to 4. It's probably not as high as they expected that's all. But I am glad that Xiezhi can get somewhat of a break.

Yeah- I like it too since it looks natural and not posed. About Xiezhi's tv series, I would say that all of them so far are worth watching except for Full Count. I really found that the storyline in that series was too boring and Xiao Qiao wasn't a good match for Xiezhi or Chen Yi.

Full Count is basically a comedy/romance. Andy Chen Yi plays a salesclerk in an electronics company who is in love with his co-worker, Xiao Qiao, but doesn't have the nerve to tell her. Xiao Qiao also has feelings for Chen Yi, but doesn't tell him. In the middle of this, Xiezhi plays the boss's son, who is also in love with Xiao Qiao, but she has no feelings for him. Qiao Qiao (Joanne from Sweety) plays an eccentric who suddenly falls in love with Chen Yi. The problem with this series is that the story just doesn't get anywhere. It only started to get interesting near the last 4 episodes. I still bought it since Xiezhi was in it. It's not a terrible series, but it is boring.
