That is a sweet picture of Xiezhi. I really admire him for contributing so much time to charity work. He is a really good example for his fans.

Haven't caught the fan clips of One Million Star, but I'm going to check them out now. I love Xiezhi's voice, especially when he sings Taiyu songs.

And Renfu will be in China on 11 Jan to film an episode of 勇往直前 - the show with the outdoor segment that 5566 went on last year to promote their album.

Oh I was wrong, Renfu is not there to record just an episode of this show. Today, Chris Ko announced on the Jungiery forum that Renfu is now part of the hosting team of this China show.

Now that Xiezhi has again disappeared from ZQMTX, I hope Sun Zhong can arrange hosting jobs for him. Though he is a great actor, I still prefer to see the "real" him than seeing him protray a fictitious character.

Interesting news today where Jiqin said that DXQ and Zhang BenYu will be her bridesmaids. Didn't know that DXQ and JQ are such good friends that she gets invited to be her bridesmaid. What is Jiqin thinking or don't tell me Xiezhi is not going to attend the wedding ceremony?!

Haha, I was trying to analyse the situation when I first read that piece of news. Basically, I don't think that RF and JQ are so insensitive as to make both XZ and DXQ feel uncomfortable at their wedding, so that could mean any one of these:

1) XZ is not attending the wedding (but if this really happens, the press will again write about 56 disbanding).
2) XZ & DXQ had split and RF & JQ are trying to use this occasion to bring them back together again.
3) It is an amicable split and they remain good friends so nothing awkward attending the wedding together.
4) They fake their breakup to make his mom happy.
5) They were together all along & they get DXQ to be one of the bridesmaids to make a statement about their relationship.

Now, I am curious who will be RF's bestmen.

Though we do not know these people on a personal level but I still don't think that DXQ & JQ are such close friends because they have different circles of showbiz friends. If they are really good buddies then JQ would have attended the recent opening ceremony of DXQ's new fashion showroom. Actually, I was surprised that Makiyo was there to show support for DXQ because it was rumoured that Makiyo was the one who stole DXQ's hairstylist ex-boyfriend from her.

One possibility is that the press has been making all the wild guesses and speculations that XZ & DXQ with their experience in showbiz have not bothered to refute, so their relationship has remained at the 'very good friends' level.
I'm actually very impressed with Rf for his tenacity in his relationship with JQ which has finally come to fruition having weathered even the initial disapproval of Sunzhong. The change in Rf is quite evident in his settledness - with a more matured focus on his work and his brilliant potential is surfacing more and more.

VERY good speculations Exadel! I thought that RF already had his wedding since I heard you guys talking about seeing links of it here. Or were they just talking about the preparations of it?I guess not. I also have to say that the bridesmaids of a bride are NOT necessarily always her close friends. I used to think that as well, but I have found out that that is not always true. One of my friends wanted one of her not close friends to be her bridesmaid just because she knew how to do make up well. Or the bride's close friends were all married and she had no one else to be her bridesmaid. So as you can see, JQ probably has another motive behind the reason why she invited DXQ to her bridesmaid. Also, is XZ going to be one of RF's groomsmen? How many will he have? If he will have 4 for example, then JQ will have to have 4 bridesmaids to pair up with them. I think of course Ren Fu's brother should be the best man(unless they aren't close at all, I am guessing they are since he only has one brother).

Renfu already had his wedding ceremony in Guam but that was for family members only. So he is having another ceremony in Taiwan on 14 Feb 09. His best men will be Zhang ShanWei and Huang YiDa & Jiqin's bridesmaids will be Zhang BenYu and DXQ.

A magazine article yesterday again mentioned about Xiezhi's involvement in Zhou & Ma's breakup which he strongly denied (same news as before). But because he said that his rumoured romance with Zhou is a plot by settv so the article implied that Xiezhi is now banished by the ZQMTX production team for his remarks. Actually, I was quite puzzled why there was no news about Xiezhi's exit from ZQMTX when he disappeared from the show about 2 weeks back. Afterall, he is one of the leads in the show. Anyway, his fans are trying to help clear his name and are now writing to the ZQMTX forum to ask the producers to give the real reason for his exit from the show. Frankly, I don't think they will get a response from ZQMTX team unless Chris Ko decides to be kind and write something on Jungiery forum.

At first I was happy that he got a role in ZQMTX because it gives him exposure, money and improvement in acting skills. Now, it seems that this show gives him bad publicity instead - his rivalry with Chen ZhaoRong, negative gossips over his love life, and that he makes settv unhappy over his remarks. But I guess this is how the Taiwan press works, writing stuff without substance and blowing everything out of proportion. I think it was Jacky Wu who said that the date on the newspapers is the only piece of accurate information in the papers, and Xiezhi said that he only reads sports news because reporters can't lie about the match results.

Anyway, settv had their year-end party yesterday and Xiezhi and Renfu were the hosts for one of the segments so Xiezhi is definitely not obstractised by settv.

Another funny news today - the things that the reporters can write about is so funny. DXQ was seen ice-skating with Mengzhe (of course with some other friends) and the reporters hinted that they are dating! DXQ said that they are just friends and she treats Mengzhe as a younger brother. This reminds me of the other news where Jacky Zhu was seen with WeiRu (and with some other friends also) having fun and the reporters also said that they are dating. Based on the reporters' logic, there is no platonic friendship in showbiz.

Yea, I did... What happened to my message??!! I don't even remember what I said anymore...Sorry Exadel! I didn't mean to take your message and claim it as one of mine. Anyways, will XZ even attend the wedding??? I am still surprised that Sam, Jason and XZ are not his groomsmen. But then again,even his brother isn't so I guess I should not be too surprised. hotasuki & pat/clare - I just checked the Starhub online programming guide and the CNY episode of BWGDX will be shown on channel 54 on 24 Jan 09 (Saturday, eve of eve of CNY) from 7pm - 9pm.

Funny that the usual timeslot for The Million Star is on Sunday which happens to be CNY eve yet they are showing it a day earlier? Guess they will have other special programmes on Sunday instead.
