FYI, orange icons $this->handle_bbcode_img_match('http://www.spcnet.tv/images/common/icon_rss.gif') next to each forum is the RSS feed link for that forum.

It's something you click on, and find out on your own!

JK. You click on those orange icons so that you can subscribe to a forum or thread to keep updated on what's posted there. That's pretty much what it does for you.

You can use a RSS Reader to subscribe to many many different sites and by logging into one site, you can check for updates for all of them.
