The casting of the large-scale 45-episode chivalrous action drama "Snowflower Fairy" includes Eric Sun Yao Wei and Chen Xiao Xuan. It has been broadcasted in Zhong Qing recently and its watching rate has been reported to be the first.

Eric is playing the role of Stinking Bean Burd (Chou Dou Fu) who was abandoned among the common people since childhood. Actually, he is the young master of Square City. After growing up, he becomes the humorous and kind-hearted famous cop of Square City. The treacherous villains never cease to set him up and seize his precious imperial seal. Numerous encounters of hardships and conflicts strengthen his friendship with with "Snowflower Fairy", "Sorrow for Ghosts" and "Miraculous Doctor" and make the scenario more impressing and touching. Eric and Chen Xiao Xuan, who plays the part of Qu Yang Ying Ying, develop from a pair of happy opponents to an affectionate couple. Their love is indomitable and everlasting. Due to the hatred and hostility of their parents, the two young lovers have to be separated from each other in the heaven and the earth. The audience all feel sympathetic about their fruitless love. No wonder Eric said that Chou Dou Fu is a real figure with the most "flesh and blood" which he has ever acted since he started his filming career.

This TV serial has figures with delicate and refined feelings; continuous climaxes in the scenario; contemplating life philosophy; wonderful, astounding and break-through fighting scenes which are totally different from the traditional stereotype and scenes of competition in sagacity with unpredictable results. One point worth mentioning is that the theme song is tailed-made for the scenario and sung by Zhao Chuan. The first time when Zhao Chuan heard of the melody of this song, he was deeply impressed. The song fully describes the helpless state of mind of the chivals, how they can abandon all their hatred and struggle for their final happiness.
