Despite being Chinese, I don't enjoy a lot of the exotic foods.
I've never gotten anywhere near the stinking tofu... it smells to me like a wash between an old man's breath and parmesan cheese.
I've (unfortunately) tried durian and pig's blood, and I shall never try them again.
However, I do like innards like chicken liver!

I like most chinese food except for the exotic ones. I don't have any partcular favourite food, but if I had to pick one it would probably be roast duck and roast pork with rice "char ap fan".
I prefer my congee plain with springs onions added, and with fried bread sticks. I guess I'm in the small minority that likes plain congee.Have you learned to love one another?

Someone lied to me .... i couldn't speak mandarin that well then and when i was in beijing, i bought some stuff that looked like meat but it wasn't....
