I love almost all of the TVB theme songs, but i especially like the following:
HSDS 2000 theme
Crimson Sabre
Ups and Down in the sea of love (love it!!!!)
Where the legend begins
Naughty swordswoman (love that song the most eventhough it's not a TVB seriese)
But what **** about the theme songs that i liked is that i don't know the meanings cause i don't understand chinese, That's the only thing that **** me off!!!

Hmmm... mine would be:
The Demi Gods & Semi Devils '96
Crimson Sabre
Perish in the Name of Love
& that's all I could think of at the moment...
Dicky Cheung's song to Duke of Mount Deer 2000 and julian cheung's song to Macao Street.
飄移
Crimson Sabre
Perish In The Name of Love
Where The Legend Begins
Golden Faith
Square Pegs
Seven Sisters
Learn how to die, and you learn how to live.
Mine would be...
1) Perish in the Name of Love
2) Where the Legend Begins
3) Seven Sisters
and MANY more!!
I also like the song sung in Where the Legend Begins by Ada's friend (even though it's not a theme song)
LOCH 83
Fate Twisters
VOH
Secret of the Heart
At the Threshold of an Era 2
Plain Love II
Country Spirit (and the sub-song)
Seven Sisters
Legend of Love (I only heard a bit of it, but the bit I heard sounds really nice)
Perish in the Name of Love
ROCH '83
Any themesong with Roman Tam and Jenny Yan
Most guy-girl duets in TVB theme songs sound great - notice that all my favourite theme songs are guy-girl duets except for ROCH '83
Actually scratch that bit about Legend of Love sounding good. Gillian Chung and Kenny Kwan sings it and no offence to them or their fans, but their voices are much too weak and can't go very high or for a long period of time. This cements my opinion that, although I love Twins, Charlene has a better voice than Gillian.
There is quite a number of TVB themesongs that I like but below are the 2 that especially leave an lasting impression on me .
DGSD82
Both the themesongs are extremely memorable. I love the upbeat (Part 2) one, in particular.
ROCH83
Sentimental and has a touch of sadness to it.
Please visit the sites dedicated to the TV dramas, Mainland CCTV Xiao Ao Jiang Hu 笑傲江湖 and HK ATV Heroine of the Yangs 穆桂英 respectively. Thanks!!
I like perish in the name of love, seven sister, a herbalist affair
I think the legend of love is a good theme, maybe I'm biased since I like twins and boy'z
i would say that Country Spirit has one of the best themesongs sung Mariam Yung and some other dude (4got his name)
*Perish in the Name of Love also had a good themesong, i ahvent watched it yet, but i've heard it.
*Crimson Sabre was good too
*Demi-gods and Semi-devils 97 was gud
*Seven Sisters was alrite
*A Herbalist Affair was alrite as well
*Whatever It Takes had a gud one
n i havent seen many tvb series lately, the last series i watched was qianlong by mainland, that had a gud themesong too...
i can't think of anyother themesongs atm.... many list more later wen i can think of them
*£övë ¢härmäïnë §hëH 4ëvä*

It means you got eyes like apostrophes, you dress white, talk black, and drive Jew. So how am I supposed to know what kind of zipperhead dog-munching dink you are if you don't?
Plain Love II
Herbalist Affair
Man's Best Friend
At the Threshold of an Era I
Fate Twisters
no particular order
1. god of blade (do sun)
2. loch 83
3. demi gods semi devil 82
4. luk siu fung I and II '76
5. HSDS

ooooooooo there are sooooo many of them... but most of them in the 70s and 80s.
Oldest one I can think of is Lu Xiaofeng by Adam Cheng. In fact, if they remade my dream Lu Xiaofeng serial following the first three books faithfully I would still want that Adam Cheng song to be the main theme.
Others that come to mind... (although some might have been ATV, so long ago can't remember)
Chor Lau Heung (by Adam Cheng)
DGSD 1 and 2 (Kwan Ching Kit and Kwan Kook Ying, part 2 Kit himself)
LOCH 83 - virtually every song in that Roman Tam/Jenny Yen album was classic
80s ROCH's Man Sai Kan - to take a poem and translate it into a good song takes a lot of talent. I think the composer virtually took the words from the book and wrote a real song. Another example was Yuefei's Man Gong Hong in LOCH. Both are heavily embedded in my mind, and when LOCH and ROCH of the 90s (and I do personally prefer the 90s versions) appeared, and the actors ended up reciting the words, rather than singing them, it sounded so empty.
Flying Fox of the Snowy Mountain (Lui Fong and Kwan Kook Ying)
Duke of Mount Deer (by Leslie Cheung)
Lao Dong (by Leslie Cheung)
Yat Sang Hor Kau (by Danny Chan)
13 Tai Bou (by Roman Tam)
Ming Kim Fong Lau (by Roman Tam)
Yuen Fa Sai Kim Luk (by Lei Long Kei, could be ATV, though)
Chor Lau Heung - Legend of the Bat (by Roman Tam)
Smiling Proud Wanderer (by Yip Chun Tong and Frances Yip)
Sang Sau Kiu Wong (I don't know who sang this - a Miu Kiu Wai and Barbara Yung series)
Tin Shi Chup Wai (Alan Tam's Sui Hor Goi Bin)
Tai Chi Master ( I think ATV - the one with Alex Man)
Zheng Ghenggong (by Roman Tam)
Dou Sum Ng (by Adam Cheng)
Hong Hei Koon (by Lui Fong)
Godly Sword Demon Sabre (don't know the singer - it was Jimmy Au's debut series - TVB used it to promote 7 new artistes including Choi Kar Lei and Ng Si Mei)
Linked City (by Lui Fong and Sammi - even though Sammi was a bit raw then)
Zu mountain (Jacky Cheung and Tong Bou Yu)
... and a host of others which don't come to mind all of a sudden. The 90s had significantly less impact on me (since I was past my childhood) but a few do come to mind.
All About Tin (by Deric Wan)
Jiu Yin Zhen Jing (by George Lam and Sally Yeh)
White-Haired Demoness (by Eric Moo)
Southern Fist Northern Foot (by Eric Moo)
LOCH 94 (by Julian Cheung and a girl)
ROCH 96 (by Emil Chow and a girl)
Nan Di Bei Kai (by Jacky Cheung)
Heroine tackles a Dragon (by Loletta Lee-Hup Lui Yao Long)
Heaven's Son conquers Dragon (by Julian Cheung)
and others I can't remember....yet :
I also did enjoy Lawrence Ng's tango-beat HSDS 2000

My all-time favorite would be
Theme song to "Blood of Good and Evil" and
"Looking back in Anger"
"LOCH 83" Theme songs/sub songs & "ROCH" (instrumental tunes)
Those are good songs. The one you mentioned, Yuen fa sai geem luk series, is that one with Leslie cheung and chan wai man?Originally posted by Ian Liew
