Default 2007 Writers Guild of America strike

Strike begin at 12:01 AM on November 5th. So lots of tv shows are currently out of writers and all are on the picket line.

Not even half a season completed -- sigh...

    reason for strike:

issues of royalties earned from Internet distribution services such as iTunes, as well as DVD sales
So no Lost and 24 in January, time to watch all those backlog, anime and asian drama.

Ahh, this will definitely make things more interesting.
It`s a pity for some of the talk shows, though.
Serves them right, for being puppets who cling to their strings.

I heard there's a talk show host who is currently paying his writers out of his own pocket.
