Lol, I was thinking the same thing.

Feng Shao Feng, the actor who plays Cen Ye Tong, was involved in a terrible car accident on his way to the airport a few days ago. He had internal hemorrhaging, ear damage and was in a coma. Hopefully he will pull through this. Yu Zheng said in his blog that the role won't be recast and that the crew will wait for Shao Feng's recovery.

Since she's getting more screentime in another series, Luo Si Tong won't be in Mei Gui Jiang Hu as Hua Jie Yu after all. Her replacement is newcomer Wang Xiao Chen.

Because Yu Zheng was never original in his works His series always take scenes/storyline from other series and movies.

Anyway, Feng Shao Feng condition is improving. He already regained consciousness and can talk. Wish him a speedy recovery!

Actually come to think of it, his "Da Qing Hou Gong" was almost like a replica of TVB's "War and Beauty" and the ending of one of the characters (Wu Hua) in his latest "Chu Liu Xiang" was exactly like the ending for Bowie's character in TVB's "Dance of Passion" Yu Zhen also seems to love the Ming Guo/Qing or end of Qing era.

Good to hear Feng Shao Feng's condition is improving!

The costumes look gorgeous, especially Mu Sheng's. But the mask thing reminds me of Phantom of the Opera.

Never watched SFF before but am interested in her since she looks good, except for the bangs.

Huo Si Yan isn't bad. She's not a favorite but she's decent and not as stiff as other newcomers. It's also obvious she is trying to improve her expressions too. I think she has that damsel-in-distress kind of face, the type that men want to protect.

The feather costumes and party masks look out-of-place and rather laughable but other than that, pics look good so far. I wonder why SFF's all caged up, seems like they're going to make use of her dancing skills in here!
