Default Your favorite "movement" in SPCNET history

There have been movements, or rather: fads, that dominated SPCNET Wuxia Fandom for a period of time. For example in early 2006, the invasion of the SURVIVOR games was felt. Which of these movements remains your favorite? Can you think of any other movements we experienced?

Sword God / ELOC (voted for it in the poll) ... and "Shi Potian did/didn't jump over the ocean".

As a whole I felt the SPCnet singing competition was rather great fun, although that's not really wuxia. For me, the wuxia discussion which took the most out of me was the one where we discussed the TVB actors in Jin Yong serials - I enjoyed it so much and was so tired that I didn't even have the energy left to summarise the results.

Then of course, there was that chap who swore like a madman in defence of "Cartman" Lee as Little dragon girl.

I always felt that Smiling Proud Wanderer's martial arts were severely underrated, and since that's my favorite Jin Yong novel as well I was delighted to read all those posts defending the prowess of the experts in that novel.

EDIT: ooohh TVB actors in Jin Yong serials, I missed that one, looks interesting, time for a search.

I am a sucker for any type of rankings. Beauty after they are 40 list, handicap fighter list, weapons list, any type.

I haven't found it yet, IF I manage to find it I'll post the link. A few of my searches have been to no avail so far.

My favorite movement would have to be the "vs" movement.

Too many threads like "Brain God Hu Fei vs Zombie Ah Zhu" actually caused Ken to close all polls for a week, singlehandedly ending the fad.
