OT: Han Solo's Dali Photos

For those who didn't know, i went to Yunan in June-July period and visited Kunming, Dali, LiJiang, Shang-ri-La. (Lijiang is truly beatiful) - but hey, since this is a wuxia forum, you all might like to see the real Dali.

The first image is about the Ancient City Gate of Dali shot at night, in the ancient city itself is a mixture of shops selling wares to tourists. The night market is pretty busy.

The 4 words of wind, flower, snow, moon describes the different facets of Dali.

That is pretty cool. Do you know how far back the current construction of the gate dates to?

AFAIK, it may not be the real gates from 300 years ago, with the changes that had taken place from the Cultural revolution etc.

Our guide told us that the stones were from the original gates but was moved into its present location since then.

P/s: We took like 700+ photo in 7 days plus 5 DVD of video as well. I was truly photo-shocked that when i went to Darwin for holiday 2 months ago, i did no take any photo.

The Siu Yiu Sect...why were they so "care free?" Is it possible because they were all stoned on Dali ganja?

Some of those Bak Ming Sun Gung experiences were probably somewhat hallucinatory.
