hahaha funny... im really surprised roger and tejada took sterioids. though bonds is my fav baseball player, i know he took steriods

Did the Mitchell report specifically states that steroids do not enhance on-field performance but rather enhance recovery from injuries?
If so, what is wrong with using steroids?
