don't worry, despite all the suspense, the buddha isn't really resurrected.

BTW PJ...your part of the story is getting more out of sync...he didn't reach the Palace after killing YLZ? That doesn't make sense because he died after going to the palace. And if he reborned then he should be leaving from the palace and not going to the palace.

Okay here's what happened so far in CC's post:

BFB kill YLZ
He goes back to Palace
Gets the MA Manual
Finds out its BS and die

PJ's part:
Walking towards Palace in happiness
Meet someone that is a cripple
Explains that he got revived
And how does Eunuch Lin know he is revived and meets a cripple?

1. Blacky killed Yu Lianzhou

2. Blacky sprinted back to the palace to get his prize

3. On the way, he was intercepted by 6 Heroes of Wudang (this is our fiction, so Zhang Cuishan and the others are still alive)

By the way, the cripple is Yu Daiyan.

4. Blacky is defeated by the Zhenwu Formation, but managed to escape and run back to the palace
(some of his scars that CC incorporated were actually from Zhenwu Formation)

5. Blacky fire deviated and died.
(When he was handed the prize, he told Eunuch Lin about what happened above, so that's why Eunuch Lin knows)

6. Eunuch Lin told Blacky's story to the officials, hiding the part about how Blacky really died.

Ohh...so in the end he really did die? But the average reader won't know that if they don't read this post of yours. Could you and CC work it out and fix the sequence in the Story Thread? BTW, I liked how you put it. But in your first post (post81) you said Blacky wasn't injured during his mission but in CC's post he was. And what about the whole returning from the dead in post 82?

It will be clarified more LATER in the story.

I just chose not to reveal all of it in the story at this time.

But I wanted to make it clear in the discussion.

You're right. I'll fix that.

And what about the whole returning from the dead in post 82?

Strictly there to intensify the suspense.

Note that I never did say that he got resurrected. I just wrote a bunch of "could it be?"s

Sometimes it's more interesting if you generate a puzzle, and leave a few missing pieces for the reader to solve.

This RPG is starting to get really interesting--especially with all the suspense.
