Default Would Gwok Jing have fire-deviated had he tried training in the 9 Yeung Jen Ging?

By the time that ROCH ended, Gwok Jing had trained in the 9 Yum Jen Ging for around forty years...almost as much time as the manual's creator, Wong Seung had (although not with the same obsessive singlemindedness).

Imagine this: Gwok Seung returns home to Seung Yeung after her visit to Shaolin (instead of continuing her fruitless search for Yeung Gor). In this alternate universe, Gwok Seung has memorized the ENTIRE text of the 9 Yeung Jen Ging (not just a part of it). She tells her father about it. Curious, Gwok Jing tries to train in the 9 Yeung Jen Ging.

Will he fire deviate? Will the incompatability between his own 9 Yum Jen Ging skill and the new 9 Yeung Jen Ging techniques cause an internal conflict?

well, if he's still the main protagonist in the story, JY will come up with some excuse that since GJ learned the Left/Right technique, he will be able to use half is mind to practice 9 yin and the other half to practice 9 yang, and thus, allowing him to not only practice both, but the unique combination of the two will give him 10 folds the improvement.

Sweeper monk's reputation seems to shake.

Yes. His pants will get on fire from fire deviation.

Probably not because, as we discussed in other threads, 9Yin is a neutral neigong. So it probably won't conflict against the 9Yang if he learned it.
