    I'm a proscratinator too.

Instead of studying, i play computer games.

Instead of studying 4 hours a day, i study 4 hours in 2 weeks.

In the past, i find that regular study i.e. prestudy before lecture, and post-study after lecture and a regular time to study with note keeping in the key.

But deadlines are a good idea. Most of my stuff gets done because of deadlines, which are mostly set by circumstances!

So for Pemberly to start studying, she has to register for the GMAT and get a "booked" date for the test. Then, she has no choice but to STUDY!

I see Huang YuShi is as busy as a bee . Then the rest of us must be freeBie :P . It's astrology time again! Guess what? Most capricornians and ariens don't believe in procrastinating.

That sweet and sour treat is indeed a good suggestion!

I don't know about Pem, but I'm not the one who would do anything, even when people provoke me. I have to be the one who decides to do things.
Now, this is admirable , and it sounded like it came from an Arien...but, how come you procrastinate? lol

I prefer to study at college libraries because I can see other people suffering. Seeing others wallow in misery makes my own trials seem less daunting, and gives me a warm feeling inside.

Other than that I find financial obligations to be a great motivator. My last exam had about 3K riding on it (reimbursement contingent upon passing), and that was a great motivator. Although in retrospect, I had spent well over 300 hours preparing for it so that equates to little better than minimum wage...

What are you, the neighborhood astrologer? Arien? Capricornians? Theres only Aries or Capricorns. Spellcheck says so. FYI, I'm a Gemini.

Spellcheck, is used when our usual english grammar is concerned. Arien? Capricornians? These are Astrology language used (well, I do make spelling mistakes tho lol)

Ah, Gemini, the May I supposed. (ok, this, you don't need to reveal. its for you to know and to keep others in suspense )

I am, not the neighbourhood astrologer. I am, the friendly SPCNET astrologer (fees chargeable. no free coffee. no freebies)

Back to the topic. Pemberly, I understand how difficult is it not to procrastinate, you need to distract yourself from procrastinating :P. Well my methods used for academic studies are from long time ago... my current revision requires me to watch more looney tunes, and all kinds of animations

Pemberly, you can't study. You're a lazy girl, you're not cut for studying, a C is all you can ever get.

Maybe one should relate to some writers and try and strike up some feeble, or spurious attempt to find thrill in being a part of the mechanical process.
Writing notes, embedding some form of the material in questions into one's mind through placing pen to paper.

Lock yourself in a room with nothing but study materials and give your friend the key(better be a good friend) Tell him or her to let you out in a set amount of time.

Pay attention in class. Then, you don't have to study so much .

Just pass the exams without worrying too much about good grades. When you are working, grades don't count anymore . Should have enjoyed life more in Uni.

One more thing, I am Aries, and I don't procrastinate!!!!

So you done with it! Great!
Now you just have to wait for the results (or do you get the results immediately???) and see if they get you into the course/school you want!
