Shirley Wong plays the triad heroine, her most - trusted sidekick is this chubby guy. To Fist of Fury fans, you might see him in Fisto f fury w/ donnie Yen. his face didn't really change at all! lol! but his name is hon yi sung, and he did the fights in Dragon Strike and Princess Cheung Ping!

Are you sure TRIAD HEROINE is the official English title?

Some of the old ATV series English title names are tough to find, unlike TVB's...

thanks for replying. The english title I got is Big Sister. Don't know if it's the official name. It could well be just an English translation title name. Some of the old ATV English official title names in the 70s are just straight translation from English, like Superstar, Chameleon, Crocodile Tears.

The continuation of this drama 大家姐與大狂魔 is called "Big Sister and Godfather" in English (the title name that I found).

Some site I've seen long time ago, but I don't remember the site now.
I am not even sure if "Big Sister and Godfather" is the official title.

From "ten Sensational cases," the tenth episode was "Corpse in the Bed." It was the most successful episode. After Brother Lung (her husband) died, Big Sister (played by Shirley Huang Shali) took up her husband's business and became the most cruel demoness in the dark society.

The role Big Sister became popular, so in 1976, RTV produced the expanded story of Big Sister "Big Sister" with the Big Sister and her gang turning a new leaf and becoming warriors of righteousness......
In 1986, ATV rebroacast "Ten Sensational Cases" 1st Season, but it never rebroadcasted "Corpse in the Bed." Wonder if a rare copy still exists? According to moneyismymoney，Big Sister and her gang were cruel; when Brother Hung died, everyone went to jail in the end. In "Big Sister" Brother Hung is revived and Big Sister and her gang became warriors of righteousness. Whenever an episode begin, there were be an intro sequence showing Big Sister and her Husband in a car, and when her husband got off car, Big Sister made a farewell gesture, and he got shot and died. Then the camera took the audience to how Big Sister dealt with her husband's business and got into much fighting and killing. In the end, Big Sister washes her bloody hands in a golden bowl in front of an altar. Then Nancy Sit sings away with the theme song. But when ATV rebroadcast Big Sister, this intro sequence is cut out, what a shame........
In 1977, due to popularity of "Big Sister", "Big Sister and the Godfather" was produced, with Lam Waikei, a third or fourth-rate actor in Bang Bang Production Ltd. during the 70s, as the Godfather. Because it did not receive high ratings, the plan for producing 60 epsiodes turned to merely 10-odd epsiodes, with a meshed-up, let's-wrap-it-up- already ending.
