Just wondering, what do you guys think?
Say Guo Jing, Xiao Feng types.
Would Yang Guo only manage half of the above?

Its BIxie Jianfa Gawdammit you guys!!!!
Seeing as Xiao Feng is able to blast wind with his palm, perform telekinesis, and exert force in the thousands of pounds, a couple thousand chin ups shouldn't be too hard.
1000 chin ups will only take 15 mins. XF were throwing out more force for longer periods in Manor battle. He can easily perform well over 5k imo. (endurance never seemed to be much of an issue for the likes of XF).

@ CC: How about changing the question to, "How many chin-ups can a wuxia hero by hanging on with his/her PINKY?"
They're all strong. We know they can do oodles of chinups. But what if they had to rely only on their pinky? Regardless of its owners' strength and size, the pinky is extremely weak and sensitive. How would our wuxia heroes fare in that case?
ZOMG I'm back! Did ya miss me? (yeah, probably didn't...)
I heard there was a secret chord

The heck with chin-ups: what I want to know is which wuxia characters would be the best at getting their freak on at a disco!
Before I answer, is this consecutive chinups without stopping?
A DISCO?? Ken, are you dating yourself?
j/k. Discos are timeless. ::tongue in cheek:: http://youtube.com/watch?v=bfcwYWivb3w (couldn't find Travolta in a white suit)
The image of Guo Jing doing that in a white suit, though, is giving me the heebie jeebies.

Yang Guo's pretty tough. He could probably do the same amount as the rest using just one hand.
The question is, can DGQB do chin ups without doing chin ups.
An average wulin hero weights 100-200 lbs (45-90 kg) in general. That's not a lot to begin with. Now let's look at humans today...Here is a list of records on how much a regular person today can do:
