Thanks oGaKirA and warlock for the tips about transposing. So, I figured out that Garageband is a wonderful recording program for technologically challenged people like me (just push the record button and sing), but doesn't do some convenient stuff like transposing. I have downloaded the trial version of Adobe Audition.

garagebrand is quite cool, I never really touch it, but the interface looks very user friendly. Try out adobe audition, it's user friendly too, good luck

Well, 8 itself looks like a sign of infinity, but I can't wait for 8888. So, I'll temporarily retire to focus on real life and come up...probably during August or my birthday. If I come back on my birthday...will you sing me a birthday song then?
