    Yay.

Seriously, for you out-of-towners, if going for burgers, go In-And-Out Burgers. Heck try both Jack-in the Crack and In-And-Out. But me being a resident, In-And-Out Burgers are best hands down. Ken confirms too.

I've actually never heard of this apparently highly acclaimed "Jack in the Box". Where is this exactly? Weird. Anyway, I'll vote for, uh, my own food. Oops, misinterpreted "fast food" for "fat food". I mean, I'll vote for Jack in the Box, not that I know what it is. Sounds like an interesting place.

i know "in & out" was mostly a california thing, but i didn't know jack was also a western thing...

in & out probably has the best burger...that is if you eat beef burgers. if you want chicken, fish, salad, or non burgers, you'll be out of luck. i suppose maybe that's why their burgers taste so good. it's basicially the only thing they make.

Well, even if the only thing they make is burgers, it might not necessarily mean that they're good. I found a shred of cloth in my soup once from this restaurant who only made soup.

Yes, you're right, I live on the eastern side. I've only heard of McDonalds and Burger King. All these names are new to me.

    it's because they are char-broiled.

I loved char-broiled buns once... Not the meat, I mean. Just burnt, charred char-broiled buns.

That's surprising. I thought Jack In The Box was as ubiquitous as McDonalds.

Jack's TV commercials are hilarious, though.

They have JITB in California and Texas but I haven't seen one in NY yet. I absolutely love the Sourdough Jack there.

Hate majority of fast food restaurants, including fish and chips. But, I have to say I like Mc. Donald's Chicken salad.

    Chick-fil-A all the way, baby!!!!!

Jack in the Box is so-so. I'd prefer In-and-Out Burger more.

Oh gosh! After much of trial and error*, here comes the conventional teriyaki bowl.

i've heard of these fast food places bc i watch tv, but up north here, we don't have as many fast food restaurants. just the staples like mickey d's and bk.

we just started getting more though. just these last few years, i've seen a taco bell, a kfc, and popeyes open up in nearby towns.

i had in and out and it was overrated. i guess i love jack in the box's side menu so much that i'd had to lock myself just so i can resist them.

my fishie year in college, i had jitb as mid-night snack and i gained so much weight. i hate my roomie for introducing it to me!

When you come to California, look for In-N-Out Burger. You will have the freshest and juiciest burgers. Their fries are not great, but they are 100% potato. You can see those kids put whole potatoes into the machine. I love In-N-Out's simple menu. I don't have to think. Walk in or drive-thru, give me double-double or triple-triple and animal fries.

Has anybody tried those Carl Jr's $6 burgers? Tell us if they are good or not.

When will Mos Burgers come to USA? They probably need to super size their burgers before they can begin selling in the America.

Yea, IN and OUT burgers is the best fast food restaurant that I have been to. They have the best burgers at the best price. Their fries are pretty good and taste different because they are fresh, not frozen.

I have been to Jack in the Box a couple of times. They are ok and are getting creative with all of those breakfast bowls and stuff. I like how they serve breakfast all day unlike other places. It is ok to eat once in awhile but not on a regular basis since it will be bad for your health.
