You need a software with ISO burning capabilities. You can use Nero, Active ISO Burner, Alcohol 120%, etc. They'll have an option listed as image burning, select that then select the ISO file and burn away.

I'm not familiar with that program, but generally all CD/DVD burning software has ISO burning capabilities. Just look for an image burning option or try to open the ISO in the program.

DVD encryption is use to encrypt DVD so that it cannot be copied (usually done by the movie producer and burn at the factory). I also never heard a burning software called DVD encryption. A regular person would do a DVD decryption called a DeCSS. Most DVD software has this capability built-in such as DVD Shrink, CloneDVD , MagicISO, DVD Decryptor etc.
almost/if not all dvd burning soft can burn iso nowadays. File open iso...burn.
Due to several complaints, I will stop using the terms "Babe" and "Baby" in reference to our female counterpart. They will now be replaced with "B*tch."

I've got this ISO file that I downloaded from the internet (it's not corrupt) but after I burned it onto a dvd, it won't play. Any suggestions?
Where are you playing it? On a dvd player or computer dvd rom?
They both need to be compatible with whichever dvd type. Single, Dual,
Some standalone players may not be compatible with dvdr at all.
How big is the iso? if under 4.7 gig...put it on a single layer dvd. if like 7gB or somthin, put it on a dual. If 700mb or somethin put it on cd.
Can also load the image in Dameon tools to test image.

I tried to play it both on a dvd player and a computer. It's an iso file though so it shouldn't matter right? The dvds I've used seem to be fine, it's really just the file.
I forgot to mention that I used Roxio to write the dvd (if it has helped me) and it hasn't failed me before this. I've also tried Nero and Magiciso but magiciso wouldn't let me write anything over 300mb and this file was a little under 4.7 gig.
Ok. So..to check if the iso is good. You can use a virtual drive tool like Daemon Tools. Install it. It will be in your quick launch tool bar at the right bottum. Open and load the iso. You should then be able to play it off your hard drive.
If it's good, then you should be able to burn it to a single layer dvd and play it.
