Speaking of Vegas, is anyone going to be in Macau this summer? If not Macau, then HK or any city in China? I'm going there for the summer and wouldn't mind meeting some Spcnet members there. If you want to gamble, maybe Macau would be a better option as everything is much cheaper than Vegas (except the flight to get there and back).

Vegas is not all about gambling.
My friend wants us to dine at a nice restaurant, it's his wish so I don't want to disappoint him. He said he doesn't care how expensive it is. So find me an expensive one!

Try Mon Ami Gabi in Paris.
    French style.
Best restaurant I've eaten in Vegas.
The escargot appetizer is not to be missed.

For something more upscale, you can try the Eiffel Tower restaurant, a top the famous tower in Paris. I think you need to make reservation with this one, it's pretty popular, and upscale. You can ask for a table by the window facing the Bellagio fountain show across the street.

Mon Ami Gabi is more reasonably priced --> $40 per person can get you a very, very nice 4-course meal.

omg, at the PARIS?!!?!?! ewww...i mean...i bet it's good. -_- but Joel Robouchon restaurant at the mgm got 3 michelin stars!!! even the guy savoy would be a good choice with 2 stars. it's hard to find such a nice, not to mention expensive restaurant anywhere in North America besides nyc and la.

    What are these restaurants' names,
    and where are they located?

Well you said Joel Robuchon. It sounds like a person's name,
so I assumed he owned a restaurant in MGM with a restaurant name.
Most restaurants (that I know of) in Las Vegas have a catchy name.
What I did not know is that the restaurant is simply called his name.

nothing really. i just don't think it's a very nice hotel. and the eiffel tower restaurant is really more known for the view than the food.

it's a wolfgang puck restaurant. it's all right. i was never a fan of his food, but i've heard good things.

i tried one of mario batali's restaurants and it was really good. and emeril lagasse has restaurants in vegas that are supposed to be awesome. bam!
