Let's discuss the topic of Single-Stance Execution (SSE) here.

In HSDS, Zhang Sanfeng demonstrated the ability to perform what some consider to be an awe-inspiring SSE, by being able to kill a Xuanming Elder by just placing his hand on the opponent's shoulder.

Later, I said it's impressive but not that uncommon to be able to kill someone in one stance after you gain control of them. I provided a passage where Xiao Feng basically illustrated the same type of SSE on Grandfather Tan (who is a tough fighter, probably one level below Murong Fu).

And now, I have found another one in HSDS. Golden Flower Granny was said to be 3 times better than Zhou Zhiruo -- Granny = Miejue, and Zhiruo mastered 1/3 of Miejue's kung fu. In one stance, Golden Flower Granny gained complete control of Zhiruo's body, and the latter knew that the Granny could kill her any moment now.

The impressive thing here is that Golden Flower Granny was ONLY about 3 times better than Zhou Zhiruo, and yet she could execute a SSE on her.

Could Zhang Sanfeng or Zhang Wuji execute a Du-generation monk in one stance?

Could Xiao Feng execute a Xuan-generation monk in one stance (actually, he can, and demonstrated a SSE on Xuanju -- so yay Xiao Feng, you rock).

Could Guo Jing hope to execute his wife in one stance?

Anyway, I just found Granny Golden Flower's SSE to be quite fabulous.

In the RPG, Black Faced Buddha performed an SSE on Abbot Hui and sliced his head off. BFB has reached the Peak of Perfection in performing Single-Stance Execution.

zhuo zhiruo mastered 1/3 of miejiu's skills, but that isn't the same as mastered to the elite level. the kunlun and huashan leaders and elders had mastered their sects skills, but only to about 30% power. zhuo zhiruo probably has only mastered her skills(1/3of miejiu's skills) to about 15% power. golden granny probably mastered her skills to about 60% power. so the gap is much higher when you take in the whole picture. she probably has to practise for ten years at least before she can start trading blows with gloden flower granny.
