    great theme song, faithful storyline, with awesome fights! what more could i say? i really recommend this series!

    thank you for pointing it out, wargods. the viet version has the opening and ending cut for several episodes in the DVDs. the canto/ mandarin are so far only in vcds. no other versions available

    Oh wow, my parents were watching this series like 3 years ago,and I started to watch with them. This series was really old.It was made in 1990 or 19991, BUT I NEVER KNEW IT WAS FROM ATV!
    Actors that I like: Felix Wong, Louis Koo, Aaron Kwok Chow Cher Meng, Jimmy Lin , Hawick Lau

    HK's version is 25 eps long.

    EDIT: just realized the youtube clip said it came from episode 5.
    i guess viet's version wont have it, cuz it cutted some ending credits...

    This series was actually made in the 80s and is really old. I saw this when I was a kid and remembered that I liked it but my mom didn't at all... I think it was because it didn't follow the novel so my mom was not crazy for it at all. I guess that is what happens when you read the novel and then see that a series is not a good adaption.
    Respect other people's opinions and views. If we learn how to do that than all of these fights and arguments will not occur.

    Yea, it is THAT old. I have been watching series since I was 5(I am 29 now) and remember clearly that it was made in the 80s... My brother taped this series and then erased it. I remember it all clearly...
