Whew ...followed by a giggle. I thought you might have dug up the Giles Villeneuve crash which I watched in slo-mo where it appears that his body was torn in half at the waist.

    Terrible F1 accident - I like it .

Reminder - Spanish GP tomorrow. Raikonnen is on the pole.

Found a new site that might be good for those without TV coverage.

John, thank you for the link.

I missed the race but I caught the news report.

Go, Kimi Raikkonen! Alonso out of the way.
What can I say? I'm still standing! No weapon against me shall prosper! I am more than a conqueror!!!

I don't care to sit by the window on an airplane. If I can't control it, why look?

It was an okay race. Pretty boring after the start - seems to be the par over the past 10 years.

Kovalainen had an exciting failure and plowed into the tire barrier at high speed. His car was buried in the tires up to the rear wing. Turns out he's okay.

Heidfeld got ripped off by having to pit for fuel while the safety car was out. That sent him to the back of the pack and he managed to work his way back to 9th place by the finish.

The good news is Ferrari finished 1-2. And no points for Alonso - his engine blew.

Next race is Istanbul on May 11. I'll be in Las Vegas so maybe I'll place a bet.
