If this is the same movie I'm thinking of, Gam Woo Sung is in it, right? If so, then I have to say this is one of the most enjoyable Korean movies I've seen. He is so awesome! It's such a good story, plus very steamy!

Omg someone's watched it! Yeah it is w/ him! He is SO adorable in this movie (some say he is wooden, but I THINK NOT...he is so charming ahh la la la). Uhm Jung Hwa is a bit manipulative, but I felt sorry for her...and hey, who doesn't wanna have their cake and eat it too? =P
