Default Hard to find TVB series?

I've spent the past year searching for "Suet Gwong Fan Tong" (1986) and "The Possessed" (1985) in Cantonese but obviously had no luck. Would anyone know where I could get ahold of these series? At this point I could go with any format (VHS, VCD, DVD). Hope someone can help. Thanx!

TVB a lot of times don't release their series right away to VCD/DVD.

You might find them at some VHS rental stores though.

You could try YesAsia. I heard they got hold of a lot of series.

Default looking for old tvb series starring andy hui

i don't know the title of the series, but i know that it stars andy hui and is a pre-modern series. angela pang is also in it. it should be from the early 90's, around 92-96.

if any body could give me the title and maybe aq lil summary it would be great.

    thank you.

Default Help me identify this martial arts series!

Since my family watches mostly TVB VHS recordings (called Phim Bo in Vietnamese)
and I see the TVB logo on almost every series we watched, I've decided to post
this question here. I watched this series in 1997 so please forgive my limited
    recollection.

The fact I remember most clearly was that the protagonist used metal
spearheads as his main weapon (which is probably the most unique in the martial
arts series). He would shoot (not throw) it from his hand with velocity and
precision. If I remember correctly, he also wielded large swords.
His casual attire was blue or black ancient Chinese clothing.
Also, he had an powerful and amorous woman (probably a villain) seeking him,
    but her love was unrequited.

I do not guarantee the factuality in whole of the info I gave, but based on what
I've stated, can you name this series? (Preferably the title in English and
Vietnamese). If you have any guesses that may relate to this series, then please
    say it.

    Exclamation Need Help, Plz!

Could someone plz help me with a title of a TVB Series, I only remember part of the titles name, it is called Praying Mantis (and then one word after it, but I forgot), I forgot the whole name of the title.
I don't know the real name of the actors and actresses, but I only know the name of the characters in the series. The main guy name is Wang Jie Lang and the girl is Han Yi Xia. The girl died close to the end, she died by falling from the mountain with her murder husband.
And the series is up to 28 episodes.

Could someone plz help me with the title name. Plz!

    Thnx in advance! ^^

Default What series is this Cantonese song by Hacken Lee from?

    http://media.putfile.com/Moonlight-Melody
    (Sampler clip)

I was downloading a bulk of TVB songs from Limewire and serendipitously
found this addictive song. The melody sounds very familiar to me, and since I
watched a lot of TVB series in the 90's, I'm guessing it came from one of them. I
have searched for the phrase "Moonlight Melody" with the word TVB, but failed to
find the association with any series. Searching both the song title and the artist
only show up people's playlist; could it be that this song had a Cantonese title
    but was lost in translation?

Can you think of any series that plays this song? (It may probably be from a
movie, though) If you truly know this song, what is its true title?
