It depends. It defintely works better for some people's walls because they used to have a gazillion applications and took forever to load! But for us simple peps, it doesn't matter too much

Yeah, it works better for those people, but I still want the old FB layout back. It was much simpler for me and I don't have to do as much clicking around.

I'm not sure if the old FB has this function whereby we could choose to "receive more updates" or "receive less updates" on your friends? I actually like this function very much. I think besides the privacy settings, every user can play with function if they choose to receive less about a friend. Plus, this function is convenient. Just click, click

The privacy settings can be cumbersome to play around with, IMO.

Then, ze solution is obvious.

Each member must be assigned a title that will uniquely identify him/her. I propose assigning boring common characters to unidentified members (Guo Jing, Yang Guo, Zhang Wuji, etc), and the cool ELOC names for the identified members.
