A Master is here to teach the essence of Tai Chi!

Orphaned as a child, MO MA (ZHOU WENZHUO) grew up in the country and started learning Tai Chi from his mentor at a very young age. The devastating experience of being abandoned by his mother has left him twisted and full of hatred. To help remove the anger and hatred in MA's heart, his mentor finally sacrifices his own life.

To express gratitude to his mentor, and to accomplish the will of his father, MA seeks to pursue the highest level of Tai Chi. He challenges TUEN HIU-SING (LAM, RAYMOND), the leader of the top-ranked Chong Lung Sect, to a contest but is defeated in the end. To beat SING has then become his only goal. For a girl named YIN CHI-KWAI (WU, MYOLIE) and the ambitious martial arts master LUI YAU-NGO (KWOK JING HUNG), MA and SING get into fights again and again.

As MA is on the road to his dream, the gap between him and his soul-mate SONG CHING (NG MEI HENG, MELISSA) is growing wider and wider.

I'm definitely anticipating this series. It's been finished for a LONG time but I don't understand why they took so long to release it. My guess is that they don't want to release a HD series in 2006 when everything else is still not HD. They're probably releasing this in 2008 to signal the beginning of the HD era.

Is ZWZ going to end up with Melissa or Myolie? I don't really like Melissa, shes thin..and her roles in TVB serials are rather boring..but I really like Myolie, it seems shes going to end up with Raymond because they are sometimes put together in TVB serials. Is Myolie or Melissa the main actress? I hope it's Myolie!! She's always playing the lead actress in TVB compared to Melissa

I think the pairings are Vincent-Melissa and Raymond-Myolie. Myolie's character does have some intimate scenes with Vincent's though (you can see some in the trailers). I don't really care for the pairings as long as it's not too bad. I hope this show won't be boring.
