The 40-50% commission is a bit much, IMO, but if that is the norm and the artistes agree to the conditions, they'll have to stick it out until the end of the contract. 10 years sound more reasonable. If Isabella signed new contracts afterward, then can't really argue against EEG.
As to the reporting to EEG daily and before leaving HK, that also make sense. Just like normal people going to work. Employees have to show up to work and if they don't, need to call in to let the managers/supervisors know why. You can't just disappear for a couple days without notice. Also, any vacations need to be scheduled ahead of time and employers need to be consulted. Again, you can't just take off for 2 wks without telling anyone. Otherwise, your @ss will so be fired.
