I suspect his buff look in the series came from the many layers of clothes he might have put on. Yunnan is very cold. :P

I notice he was slimmer in the green costume he wore during the treasure hunt case. In later episodes, he looks buffer (or fatter ).

Hahah really? But the scene in city, he look pretty buff too. The 'city' scene was shot in TVB city.

Yeah, poor Ron. But he looks real cool (or hot) in his current look. After he joined 'Sun Bou Si' he changed his hairstyle and looks so much better. I don't like Sammul's current costume. Too fancy. I like the green costume during the treasure hunt case the best.

Mou Ching, Tit Sau and Lang Heut all have complicated background than have will have great inpact in future events. I wonder if Jui Ming will have too or is he the only one who comes from a normal family (before he was adopted by the 3 swindlers)?

I have doubts about your judgement since your impression of Sammul's physique seem to be that of 5 years ago (at that time he truly was thin) instead of his current physique.

I do believe that when sehseh said 'Sammul has grown buff', it is in comparison to his old physique and not the physique of the buff guys in your college. Sammul is buffer and more muscular now compared to this 'Triumph in the Sky' days.

he is buffer than he was before wow im surprised how he can get so buff this fast, he use to be bones. hes normal now

though i have to say, like 5 min after u finish lifting weight (and while u are lifting it), ur muscles appear bigger than what it will be normally, especially whe he flexes it like that anyways, i will agree with u and sehseh now lol

I'm enjoying this series so far. I think Kenneth Ma as Tie Shou is a miscast, though. I keep forgetting that he's Tie Shou.

I love The Four so far. Sammul is very funny as Jui Ming but my favourite is Raymond’s Mo Ching. Mo Ching reminds me a bit of Raymond's Lai Yeuk Yi in Face to Fate. Both characters start off as uncaring but change as the story progresses.

I only like 3 of them, sorry, I have never like Ron and so far I still haven't, yikes!
I thought Raymond acts very cool and calm, it's suck that he's disable, if that guy can walk, if would be a perfect character then. I still like Sammuel the best, he's so funny and sneaky . Kate is so pretty in this series, I actually like her, for now

I'm watching at episode 10 now, where Sammuel's mom/grandmother is going home from the casino after she had won some gold and the killer is after her w/ the deadly weapon, anyone want to me give me some spoilers? . I have to wait like a week to get new episode, so addicted to this series now

I already watch the first 3 eps of this series. I like it. It feels like detective conan. This is a great locked room mystery . Hope there will more cases like that in future episodes

Hmmmmmmmm,i kinda like the series so far.

Sammul with his cute expressions, thos sometimes its a bit surplus.
Kenneth ever so honest and trusthworthy. Like the best character in The Four so far tho a little boring.
Ray, cool and still a little cocky tho he is getting nicer n nicer as the series goes by (and i love it)
Ron, erm...i duno much abt his character to comment yet. Quiet is all i can say
Kate, i think she looks hotter here than in MR

Initially, I was just watching the series for the actors but now, it seems that the plot wasn't that bad and I am starting to hunger for the plots more than the actors already (tho I still cant take my eyes off Raymond whenever he appears)

Lam Ka Wah suddenly seem so man to me I duno y....
And Crystal is quite pretty too..

nope im with u. i pretty much quit this series at eps 10 for last one standing and i am not regretting it

btw sagie, there is no plot right now. the main plot will begin somewhere near the end at like eps 17. right now its just all fillers for them just build friendship i suspect, but o well, this series is no good

Wow, I didn't know what was worse, Heartless or Cold-blooded, but I know now...Seems like our Mou Qing is getting a heart, whether he shows it or not...but I forgot Ron's name...he is really cold-blooded, no response to anyone or anything...it's interesting to see the Twin of Brothers guys play such serious roles now...I like all 4 of them, I think they compliment each other well, as actors, as well as characters...

One thing made me so mad though, should've never read the spoilers...

I was liking Kate a little, even after her evil role in Moonlight Resonance...I was liking her and Ray, how she was softening his heart...but, I totally forgot she's the spy...when they showed that woman talking to Choi King...I was like, "Who's that?" and thought it was Suet too...but remembered it's stupid Kate...so now when I see her scenes, I hate her, cuz she's using Ray...he's growing to be a softer, more thoughtful guy, but she's playing the self-righteous innocent doctor?!!! Made me so mad to know she's pretending to be nice, to care, so she could get info from them...Oh, it's gonna be sad once Ray finds out.

I simply like Si da ming bu - never read the books (I wish I could), haven't seen many adaptations (only one, in fact - and that would be Return of the undercover) - but I liked the concept and I liked the characters - and for the time being, I like this particular incarnation of Four Constables. I guess I'm easy to please, since I'm not familiar with Wen RuiAn's books... But I'm enjoying this series a lot. And of course, I'm an old-school fan, so I am most pleased to see guys like Lee Hoi San, Law Lok Lam, Gordon Liu or Lau Kong...
Nothing against grand, epic stories and productions - but this is quite a refreshing break from ZJZ...:-)

I also missed all those all timers, the glory of the 80s hong kong movies. For me anything with Gordon Liu in it is worth to watch . Good that they still got a job to do. It is like spotting a star and from which movies. They are just too many veteran in it.
