-Hu tieu xao

Mi Xao = Fried egg Noodles with beef/veggie/ or what have you

Hu Tieu Xao = Fried Broad Rice Noodles with food

Mi Xao Don = Crisp Fried Noodles (where the noodles have been dipped in flour so its hard, and you but hot beef/veggie/ or seafood and veggie on top and the warm food makes the noodles soft) - Here recipe and picture: http://simplyvietnamese.wordpress.co...y-egg-noodles/

Pho Ap Chao (The Crisp version of Pho but much like the Mi Xao Don except you fry the Pho/Rice Noodle until its crispy. Um, it's like pan fried rice noodles).

Of course I did that. But the search results were inconsistent; so I thought I'd consult real people for greater reliability.

Mi xao is sorta like chow mein and hu tieu xao is chow fun. Suet Seung has it down good.

I don't think any of them are. Noodle duck soup should be mi vit tiem.

Where I live, we call it 炒面.

This is 炒果条.
