Has anyone watched the costume fitting clips I posted? I think Sammul looks prettier in the clip (clip 1) than in the photos. If u ignore the height and the build, and just focus on his face, he makes quite a pretty girl.

Cast Of 'Wong Lo Fu' Hysterical On Set

The blessing ceremony for TVB period comedy Wong Lo Fu Snatches His Bride <王老虎搶親> was held today at TVB City, attended by cast members including Chin Ka Lok (錢嘉樂), Sammul Chan (陳鍵鋒), Louisa So (蘇玉華) and Nancy Wu (胡定欣).

Sammul had earlier received comments that his female costume made him look like Ka Lok's former girlfriend Lee San San (李珊珊). When Ka Lok was asked about this, he smiled that Sammul looked more like Sandy Lam (林珊珊) instead. Asked if he thought that Sammul's San San or the real San San was prettier, he said that the fake woman cannot be compared with a real woman. Then he laughed that the male and female forms of Sammul are both very pretty.

Ka Lok's character is planned to have some quite intimate scenes with the female Sammul, so asked if he felt that this may bring out some memories for him, Ka Lok changed the subject and then added that he is very professional.

Louisa plays a heroine in the series and was made up in a very masculine way for the ceremony, making her look extremely comedic. She revealed that she will look like this for the first five episodes of the series, until she meets Sammul's character who helps her to look pretty.
Louisa revealed that since starting to film on this show, they have often had NG's (outtakes) because they keep laughing at each other. Asked if she felt Sammul's female costume made him look like San San, Louisa said that she did not agree about the facial appearance,but the figure was very similar.

Sammul said that he has been using a lot of energy laughing whilst filming this series, especially during a scene where he had to inspect the faeces of Ka Lok's character.

Tracy Ip , Macy Chan and Toto Au attended the opening ceremony of i-Taxi yesterday. Tracy has been busy getting her new home decorated. She admitted she uses taxi's a lot, but she is hoping to get her driving license and hopes to get her own car.

Toto Au doesn't drive fast

Tracy who recently brought a new home, now hoping to get a new car. Was asked by reporters whether she was she not worried about these rumours? Tracy replied rumours won't stop her buying her new car. Recently one of the artistes had problems with nasty phone calls. Tracy said she never had that experience since she started in show biz. But she did have a similar incident before joining the entertainment circle. A strange man kept disturbing her over the phone. " I was very frightened, I got my boyfriend to answer it . That scared him away"
Now she has an caller identifier. She doesn't take calls if she doesn't know who the caller is.

Macy Chan has recently started filming new series " 王老虎搶親 ". In the series, Macy was the bride Chin Ka Lok snatched. She praised Chin Ka Lok for being a gentleman, kept looking after her. She was not worried about rumours because she has done nothing wrong.

New singer Toto Au's brother was allegedly involved in an car accident leading to the killing of a motorist. Toto is seeking help from his lawyer. He stressed his brother would try to sort it out. Although he has a driving licence, he would not drive fast anyway. If he wants to race he would go to the race course.

Boy, Sammul is sick !!! Sammul said, 'during filming, there are never-ending good food and good soup, and these all can help replenish energy from my lack of sleep'......but see, soon after saying this......I just went to Ivy's blog and she said Sammul fainted this morning while filming and had to go to hospital. It seemed that he got flu and the virus went into the intestines. The doctor suggested hospitalisation but he insisted in checking out cos he didn't want to hold up the filming progress. The producer was understanding and let him go home to rest for the afternoon but he was back to work at eight at night, and was supposed to film through the night till 4 in the morning. Poor Sammul. This must be from all the lack of sleep and the hot weather. Hope he gets the rest he so needed and will get well soon.

I think the reason he got the flu is his body has weaken due to not enough sleep. He was filming TA3 and Tiger Wong at the same time (before TA3 wraped up) and there was one blog entry of his where he told his fans his schedule for the day. He finished work at 2-3am, reach home at 4am and has to go back to site for make up at 5.30am, they have another make up + scene in 2pm and another few scenes at 9pm to 2am.

TVB really work its artists hard. TVB artists really need to pay a big price for their promotion, working around the clock.

It's widely known that TVB are slave drivers.

They need to have better time management. One of the reason they require their actors to film back to back is due to the lack of filming venue. Most of the time, the cast will film indoor studio for few hours straight, then rushed off to film outdoor scenes immediately because TVB only manage to book the place for like 5-6 hours but they want to film scenes from different episodes in the same venue.

So, they got no choice but forced themselves to complete the filming at that venue. You'll normally see directors and PAs shouting at them because they're 'wasting' time.

TVB really hard on the artistes. Pay so little unless you're famous like Gallen but need to continue working even when sick and should be bed ridden . If got injured also need to work and even do action scenes

Wow. The costumes look really retro....like kind of a throwback at those ancient/period films in the 60s. I mean some of the costumes look like some of the stuff that Maggie Cheung, Gallen Lo and the others wore in Old Times Buddies.

You know I could never understand that big ball by the hat. There was a TVB series that was focused on Zhan Zhao and the actor wore a hat with that big fuzzy ball at the side.

Wow. Sammul looks so....hahahaha....maybe he should do that hankerchief thing like Ada did ,in the scene in Where the Legend Begins, to remind Steven of something when he was challenaged to make a poem in 7 steps. Hahaa...Man...I kind of look forward to see Sammul in this series.
