Simple but rather uncreative answer: AIDS didn't exist in ancient China so NOOOO, wuxia medicine, a jacked form of traditional Chinese medicine cannot cure AIDS. You can't cure a disease that doesn't exist.

Chinese medicine, while effective against many ailments that modern Western medicine has no answer for, generally runs up against a wall when dealing with *infectious* diseases (i.e. caused by bacteria or virus). This is because traditional Chinese medical procedures do not concentrate on destroying/neutralizing the infectant.
