Martial arts level of a few (relatively) minor HSDS characters?

What are the martial arts levels of these various (relatively) minor HSDS characters?


1. Heavenly Eagle Sect's Bak Gwai Sau

2. Doo Dai Gum (the head of the Dragon's Gate Courier Agency)

3. Chu Chang Ling (father of Chu 9 Jen and descendent of L/ROCH's Chu Tze Lau)

4. Mo Lit (descendent of Mo 3 Tung)

These folks were obviously weaker than the Ming Cult's Guardian Lords and Left/Right Heralds, as well as the Mo Dong 7 Heroes. Exactly how high (or low) on the martial arts pecking order of HSDS are these folks?

He was defeated by Pre-20 years Zhang Cuishan in one stance. He was apparently a 3rd generation Shaolin disciple (because the 3rd generation disciples called him "martial brother").

1. Heavenly Eagle Sect's Bak Gwai Sau

He was the strongest fighter (other than Zhang Cuishan and Yin Susu) on the island where Xie Xun first showed up and destroyed everyone. He didn't actively fight anyone, but judging from his superiority over the Kunlun disciples and his vast inferiority to Xie Xun, I'd rank him a notch below Zhang Cuishan.
