Quality of TVB series

hey does anyone notice that the quality of the recent tvb series had improved a lot?

it use to be TVB only release like 3-4 quality series in a year, but this year there was

survivor laws 2
war of in laws 2
DIE
catch me now
and now forensic heroes 2

that is already 5 decent series. i know there are still some bad series like building block of life, journy to life, marriage of inconviences, and that cooking series with bernice...

but then i think tvb's quality had improved overall. what do u guys think?
