    I got it last Christmas and I have to say it is boring. All the exercises are easy to do yourself, the only aspect that I appreciate is that it helps you find your center of balance. Also it might help you if you can never stick to exercise plans or you need to get motivated. Bottom line: you're better off taking power yoga.

    does this stuff actually help your cardio or burn calories?

    It helps your balance more than your cardio. There are cardio exercises but they are just doing planks, push-ups, sits, running, etc, with a Wii remote in your hand. One of my biggest problems with it is that it doesn't teach you how to run and the instructions are awful. I joined a speed and agilty class that made me so much stronger and faster than the Wii FIT ever could. Besides the virtual fitness instructers are SO annoying.

    I don't like. It's a novelty that wore itself out fast. I haven't touched it in months.
