The series should be release sometime this year. I am looking forward to see the series since I really like some of Derek Yee's filmworks such as "July Rhapsody" and "C'est La Vie, Mon Cheri" and wanted to see the serial version.

Thanks for the great info Versace.

Great music, great cast. Fiona Sit looks really spunky in those clips; looks like there's a chance she could match Anita Yuen's once in a lifetime performance. Sean Lau and the supporting cast was great, but Anita stole the show.

Its so bogus that the only version of the 1993 film on DVD is the Taiwan version (in mandarin dialect). Same goes for "Comrades Almost a Love story" with Leon Lai, Maggie Cheung, and Eric Tsang. Went to Yes Asia and all I could find was the Japanese version (mandarin dialect though and costs $35.00). "Comrades" and "cest Lavie" are two of Hong Kong's most beloved films ever, and somehow there's no Cantonese version - Does anybody know WHAT GIVES?

There's a Cantonese version of 'C'est La Vie' on DVD from Universe Laser but it's now out of print...and yes, I have a copy
    Oh, and 'Comrades' as well...

I've been watching C'est la Vie, Mon Cheri (New Endless Love). I'm up to episode 20 now. It took awhile for the main characters to develop their romance. Chen Kun and Fiona Sit fit well IMO. I like Fiona's cute idiosyncrasies. She has these little acts and facial subtleties that can seduce anyone, and she carries them out quite naturally. Her singing acts are definitely vibrant. One might just feel like singing and dancing along with giggles and smiles.

However, it would be nice if more time is spent on them. Perhaps, 2 or 3 more episodes should be devoted to the 2 of them instead of the subplots on the old-timers' stories. Flashbacks are quite well-done, but, a bit too much.

I like the 2 songs: The New Endless Love (新不了情) and Tear Up That Letter (撕了那封信).
