Hawaiian food is high in salt and fat. SPAM is extremely salty. They are good with eggs on a toasted soft roll bread. But, I seldom eat them.

have you looked at nutrition info on the back of your 出前一丁 nissin instant noodles bag? A bag of instant noodles contains about 6-10 grams of saturated fat. That's lots of fat.
I used to live on instant noodles while in college. For $5-6, I got 20 bags of noodles, which were good for 10 dinners.
Instand noodles is every college student's best friend, regardless of whether you dorm or live at home.
Everyone knows that spam is very salty and pretty unhealthy if you eat it everyday...but.......unhealthy food taste oh so good.
Oh yeah, instant noodles are fatty alright. I seldom eat them because I live with people who can cook. Also I'd feel too full for the rest of the day, so the noodles must be swelling in my stomach. Still, yummy...

SPAM! Used to love it with fried rice... delicious.
Sometimes it's hard to love someone because you're so afraid of losing them.
I'm from hawaii & I hardly eat spam. I'll eat it sometimes, but idk there's not alot of ways to cook it.
My dad used to make spam, and he made a carmelized sauce to eat it with rice... that was pretty good.
Spam Musubi's are FUN to make, I don't really eat when I make it. It doesn't taste good >.< I'm not the best cook.
Spam with eggs is considered breakfast here in hawaii. haha.
I like spam with my saimin/ramen. Cut it into cubes, it tastes good.
Has anyone tried the spicy one? that's really good in fried rice.
