that's one of my favorite pictures of hers. she could have easily taken on any role in that series with that vibrant smile. would have been a much more attractive zzy than too-old-looking-for-her-age-and-not-attractive-enough liu jing.

i wonder what will be lu chen's next project. would love to see her in more costume series. she has the face to play many roles. i haven't seen her acting yet. can anyone help and let me know if she's capable?

I love Lu Chen! In HSDS there was this one memorable scene where she stopped her future husband from attempting suicide by saying that she would kill herself too...that scene was so memorable because, well, Lu Chen's beautiful, but dAng is she flat... It was supposed to be a serious scene..but I laughed really hard because the dude used his head and upper body to hold her down... but he was deserving of her, he was so faithful and pitiful. She was very natural as a headstrong and stubborn girl, with a mean streak...she knocked Xiao Zhao around a couple of times. Looked good doing it too LoL. She had that nasty glint in her eye too! haha...but she matured a great deal later into the series...

Fourteenth Brother from Book n Sword '09 on the other hand...now there's a scrub. He didn't deserve her at all, dude probably didn't even know how lucky he was to be in the affections of a girl like Li Yuan Zhi. BOOH Her LYZ was so smart and likable, but then again that Luo Bing was real HOT too. LYZ was in a tough position, but she handled herself well. Very believable. It was like she asked herself a lot, "What? Why don't you like me? I'm cute too! I'm not stupid n so what if my father's an official, but he's not a bad man!" Ahhh, hard not to sympathize with her.

In "Da Tang You Xia Zhuan," she was so sweet, so humble, so helpful, so forgiving, and so...flat. Those Tang dynasty outfits sure weren't flattering on her...aiyah, and of course that Tie Mo Le was kind of a dunce too.

Dear Lady Zhuge and patricia n,i agree with you.Ariel Lin is very cute and adorable but not a model but seems to be a very beautiful person(and a great actress to),but this is another theme.Is only in this photo with the hat who reminds me Ariel Lin(her pose or the way who smile).In all the others pictures have nothing common.
