Do they get their weapons, or is this a purely barehanded fight? Setting?

Jinlun Guoshi gets scared off in the first thirty seconds of the fight. Qiu Qian Ren is left trying to fight both YG and GJ simultaneously because ZWJ is still trying to convince everyone to stop fighting instead of actually hitting anyone, and between the two of them they make relatively short work of him. Then they turn to ZWJ, and as soon as they attack him he redirects one of them into the other with Universal Shift (which they would have had no chance of seeing coming since it's so obscure), which probably takes whoever got hit out of the fight. Whichever of the two is still standing will be able to wear ZWJ down eventually, but it's going to take him several days, and if it's YG instead of GJ he might give up out of frustration first.

    That's my take, at least.

GJ can't be put down very easily in any situation and if YG gets to use his HIS, he'd be able to dominate his opponent.

The only wild card would thus be ZWJ and whether he's in his GAR mode.

One Scenario: Zhang Wuji and Guo Jing are the conservationists. They try to outlast each other, while Goldie and Ironman try to out-aggress Yang Guo. Zhang Wuji and Yang Guo are put to a disadvantage. The fight comes down to whether Guo Jing can finish Zhang first, or if Gold and Iron can finish Yang first.

For fun: Suddenly, Xiao Longnu kills herself. Greatly saddened, Yang Guo fires the ball of his life, killing his opponents. But how can he live by himself now? He commits suicide. Distracted, Guo Jing rushes forward to save Yang Guo, but one millisecond late. He swears to kill his opponent. So he uses Left/Right technique, the anti-star of Zhang Wuji, and wins after 5 minutes.

My Scenario for GJ & YG side:

    1. GJ holds both GWM & ZWJ for a short period using knowledge/technique mostly from 7-star formation and soft skill from ZBT. Let YG finish QQR first (which is very likely) as fast as he can. Then, the situation will turn into GJ vs ZWJ and YG vs GWM.

    2. GJ uses two-hand skill together with 9Yin and Dragon Palm. This could very likely confuses ZWJ and then he try to defeat ZWJ as fast as possible.

    3. YG uses Sad Palm against GWM. If he cannot defeat GWM, GJ will join YG fighting GWM after he defeat ZWJ.

Here is an easy way for the Limitless IronGold team to win:

    1. Zhang Wuji goes into an internal deadlock competition with Yang Guo.

    2. Golden Wheel Monk goes into an internal deadlock with Guo Jing.

Qiu Qianren reads a book. After 2 hours:

    3. Qiu Qianren easily pokes Guo Jing in the back. Guo Jing is out.

    4. Qiu Qianren repeats #3 with Yang Guo. Yang Guo is out.

    Team Limitless IronGold wins.

The problem is that both Guo Jing and Yang Guo are fighters as well as martial artists, who are able to overturn disadvantageous situations and not allow themselves to be locked into a sure-loss situation except by outside factors (by looking out for Yang Guo in Guo Jing's case at the Mongolian camp, looking out for Guo Xiang in Yang Guo's case on the platform). This differs from their opponents, who are martial artists first and not very efficient fighters a distant second. GJ and YG would either find a way of evening the odds quickly, or retreat until the situation has improved.

...However, based on their skills & fighting history, GJ and YG will not allow this deadlock happen. GJ can use his soft skill & formation knowledge to avoid the dead lock with GWM. YG will use the weirdness of his Sad Palm to avoid the dead lock with ZWJ and force him to join GWM trapped by GJ. Then YG will easily defeat QQR while he is reading a book. The rest is just shown in my above scenario.

When Ouyang Feng forced Hong Qigong into an internal deadlock, there was nothing Hong Qigong could do about it, said the novel. I doubt Guo Jing and Yang Guo can do anything except go in.

Of course, when your opponent is as good as you, initiating an internal deadlock is a form of suicide, so few people would initiate it. However in this case they are assured that their buddy Qiu "Ironman" Qianren will bail them out later.

^ Wouldn't it suck if he decided not to? He could just poke everyone after the two hours and then declare himself the #1 in wulin.

Here is a quick way for the GuoGuo team to win:

    1. Guo Jing uses the "Deceitful Retraction" trick a la Miejue and Zhou Zhiruo: attack Zhang Wuji at full force, then suddenly retract; the guy always retracts also; when he does, strike with full force, critically injuring him.

So Zhang Wuji is out after one stance.

    2. Guo JIng and Yang Guo fight Iron and GOld. Easy win.

That might be true for OYF vs HQG. However, GJ's skill is much more versatile than HQG and GWM's technique may not be as good as OYF. That's why I suggest GJ use his soft skill & formation to GWM (instead of Dragon Palm). In other words, GJ will use his speed & footwork (formation) without direct force-against-force but also don't loose GWM (soft skill).

ZWJ's history is not good with surprise move. YG can use this point to avoid deadlock with ZWJ and force him into GJ's trap while he turn to QQR and finish QQR as fast as he can.

If he does that, it's still considered a win for his team

Very good explanation. I'll buy it.

ZWJ was surprised by 9YBGZ and even though his internal was far, far superior, he had difficulty finishing her off. YG knows much of 9Yin, and his palms are just as weird as 9YBGZ (if not weirder), plus his internal is on par with ZWJ, so he should be able to surprise and confuse him while GJ is using L/R (a technique that QQR has no solution for) and formations to keep GWM and QQR at bay. After YG dusts off underachieving ZWJ, he can go help GJ for a win.

Of course, this scenario depends on GJ holding off two great-level fighters, which is certainly no easy task.

LOCH-era Guo Jing held off Ouyang Feng and Qiu Qianren for a while, and only found it impossible when Zhou Botong joined in as well.

Jin Lun Guo Shi isn't far from Yang Guo's level. Add in Qiu Qianren and he'd last as long as Xiao Feng againt YTZ and MRF.

I would personally say the three underperformers....I can't picture even a GJ or YG taking on two greats for a substantial amount of time. Any one of the underformers could hold off one of "two top greats" for some time while the other two would be able to finish a YG or GJ off with ease...
