Well I just watch this movie, thanx to the wonder of the Internet . This is a french production by Luc Besson. About Liam Neeson character, a retired superspy (more like a retired Jason Bourne actually) who his daughter (Maggie Grace of Lost) got kidnapped while in Paris and force into human slave trade and prostitution.

Liam Neeson doing havoc (in Paris) in a Jason Bourne way, killing/torturing all sorts of people from albanian, french even arabs. It make my blood boiled and Qui Gon Jin is soo supremely badass in this movie, as I said exactly like Jason Bourne. This movie are full with superb hand to hand combat and thank god, no shaky cam . This is more badass than Denzel Washington in Tony Scott's Man On Fire.

The movie is so fast pace, I'm sure Luc Besson is imitating Ludlum fav. characters when doing/writing this movie.

This is a pretty good action thriller. Liam Neeson has got to be one of the coolest on-screen fathers ever.

Liam Neeson is such a cool dad in this movie. I wish he was my dad.

Though...I feel like the-kidnapped-daughter-and-dad-who-fights-to-get-her-back-and-proves-what-a-great-dad-he-is-plot has been used before again and again.

That's the kind of guy I like. Not your typical generic hero who tries to save everyone. The guy has a focus, family is more important.
Also, he's running on a supposed deadline, he can't stop to help every random stranger when he only has 48 hours to find his daughter. I don't recall him even sleeping in the movie, how much time did his flight to Paris take away from his deadline anyway.

This movie was so awesome! I think I've watched it 3 times. In truth, I couldn't help but think to myself...man those teenage girls are so white and the mom is a dumb b!itch. The daughter was also annoying though I sympathize with her "issue".

Liam Neeson was just so awesome. Kind of reminds me of my Dad. The type of guy who'd never voice his disapproval of certain friends coming over..but would just sit in the living room and polish the family shotgun.

I don't know but I love Liam in Schindler's List.
He played such a good Oskar Schindler.
