Whose damage to a tree was a more impressive display of martial arts?

The choices are:

1. Xie Xun using 7 Maim Fist to hit a tree trunk; it doesn't even shake the tree in the slightest, and yet the internal "organs" of the tree have all been destroyed.

2. Murong Bo using Veda Scepter to hit a tree trunk; it doesn't shake the tree (presumably), and yet 2 large branches on the tree, located 10 feet away from the point of impact, were struck off.

To make it clear for 7 Damages Fist:

The internals of the tree weren't just destroyed. That's actually fairly trivial for high level martial artists. It was that 7 different types of damage were inflicted simultaneously.

Murong Bo is a more accomplished martial artists so I think it may not be a fair comparison.
