Default Cantonese chinese food Vs Non-Cantonese chinese food

    Which is better??
I personally like Cantonese chinese food much much better. I have tried many non-cantonese chinese food such as Sichuan food, ect.... None of them even come close to taste.... I acknowledge that Cantonese food can be unhealthy because of greasy, but it tastes extremely good....

I don't like greasy food, so even though many Cantonese foods taste good. I try not to eat them.

I love Sichaun foods, because of the spiciness.
I like northern Chinese food better.
    Because I'm somewhere in between,
    My love and my agony.

Honestly, Trien, you've been at SPCNET long enough now to know the variety of different forums we have.

Is there THAT big of a difference? I would rather say Southern vs. Northern.

I like some Canto foods and don't like others.

OT: Welcome back, Yingying. Check out the new profile page, have you?

On topic, I think both are alright for me. No complains.......so long as I'm not eating an endangered specie.

If I have to choose one to have for the rest of my life, I would say NON-Canto Food. For its variety and good taste.
