Where to find avatars

I notice a lot of folks here have avatars that look like illustrations of wuxia characters. Some of them are quite nice. Where can such avatars be found?

They're not found. They're made. Just find a picture you like and use photoshop to crop it.

Well then, where is that artwork coming from? People have pictures of Guo Jing and the like that are not from tv shows. When I do a google image search I don't get anything similar (although maybe I would if I were searching Chinese instead of English?).

Somebody, not too long ago, posted a set of really cute cartoon characters from some of the JY books. Maybe someone will remember the post and dig it up.
