Today on NBC, they had an interview with another Michael Phelps look alike, British person named: Steve _____. Forgot the last name, but he did looked similar, no; it's not because he is causian just some facial features. He did admit, "I felt, like a fraud and don't want to mislead anyone he is Phelps and repeated it many times." It is cool, Phelps received 8 gold medals; way to go.
