No, only SC has that ability.

This looks bad. They could crash the site.

On this other site I'm on, there's a group of admins with a admincp access, varying database access, and on top of that there are quite a few moderators with super moderator rights. Add a high centralisation of experience and reports, and spammers have a very short life there, usually killed within a few minutes.

Now, I finally get how these spambots work. Quite intelligent really.

I was thinking before. Is this really a person who spend time writing the messages or a spambot? The message looks on topic. Then I realise that the post by the spammer is just made up of sentences and phrase copied from other posts in the thread. No one, it sounds on topic.
