The thing is, this never happened before. As far as I know, I have no allergies, which is why I don't think it's allergies.
I was always in places that were somewhat cold, so maybe that's why?

I don't want to take other drugs, since I'm on BCP, and I don't know what medicine you can take with it.

    I have a question.

I've tried to change my diet, I used to eat alot (and get really full per meal), and now I practiced eating in small portion, I can no longer eat alot per meal but I can eat up to 5 meal a day.

Recently I started to drink milk, and I actually eat even less (about 3-4 small meals a day), is that normal? I'm thinking that I used to eat alot is because the I'm missing some nutritions from milk causing my body to compensate by eating alot of something else.

basically I want to ask if drinking milk is causing me to feel full for a longer period of time.

From a personal experience milk feels me up. I think it's due to its fat and protein content. Maybe try adding cereal/fruit to your milk so you know it equates to a good balanced meal. I don't think it matters too much as long as you are getting the essentials. If your bowels are fine, not losing weight and still has same amount of energy, I wouldn't worry about it.

Good to see you doing the frequent small meal thing, I should attempt too.

You are not lactose intolerant right? Some people get that after long periods of not consuming milk. So no bloating, diarrhoea etc.

I get diarrehea... I think I should stop drinking milk... it's actually making me lose weight, I drop from 167 to 162 in a week. But at the same time I've been exercising alot in the past month... I'm pretty dam sure the milk is causing me to eat less and lose weight.

They always say have a big breakfast and a fix schedule of three meals. What are the benefits of having frequent small meals?

You've getting diarrhoea since starting milk? And how long after milk intake. Do you feel nauseaous and bloated? Wiki lactose intolerance, see if it fits.

In any case, agree you should try stopping. Need to increase intake to matchup with the exercise. Try soy milk?

Big breakfast is still good. Small meals decrease the glucose load on your body. Should help against fat deposit, insulin resistance. In theory at least.

I get diarrehea everytime I drink milk, but I don't care since doing the bussiness is about the same to me solid or liquid. But I do feel bloated (feeling full). I lived my whole life without drinking milk, it does make my teeth whiter and I'm able to recover from muscle pain (exercise) alot faster than if I don't drink it.

Milk helps relieve muscle pain from exercise?

What relieves muscle pain? Aside from asprins and advil pills. Are there natural remedies?

    Question (either Doc can answer)

Two years after a total nervous breakdown, my body is at the point wherein it needs a total of 16 oz of Whole Milk to just go to bed and upwards of two full liters of either coca-cola or Pepsi to wake up, but it is at the point where I get a full 12 hours sleep, and a full 12 hours awake (unless I am in a good mood and sleep 14 hours, which the last week i've been doing)

    Is this good or bad?

why don't you try a cup of coffee instead of two liters of coke?

Maybe you could try to cut down on your sleep. Eight hours is more than enough for an adult. Sleeping too much may make it harder to get up, and keep you up later.

Walming up and down around exercise helps. Keeps the blood flow to the muscles to take away the pain inducing metabolites. I imagine milk will help rebuild the damaged muscle by supplying amino acids.

I love the exercise pain though. Esp around the abs.

    To Lianazhu:
It's bad. I'd go see a sleep specialist, or PM JadedWenEr for psych questions.

I'll try to remember that the next time I exercise at the gym. But for today, I had to babysit a 9 month baby and he was such a crybaby. Whenever I manage to rock him to sleep, the moment I put him down on the bed, he'd start crying again. So my arms are a bit achey and worn out from keeping him from crying. I swear, his parents must spoil him or something. Loud crying baby!

It does, I don't know the reason behind it, but most "recovery" drink that sport shops sell is actually just a form of milk.

It could be the protein rebuilding muscles or some of the roids they make the cow eat got into the milk haha.

WTH?! WTF?! Yittz, I hope you weren't serious! You are a 100 years too early to say that man!

I'm just BABYSITTING for one day. I'm nobody's wife and mother yet. Don't scare me like that! I'm no mom, so certainly I have no ability for that!

I do envision myself married with kids someday, just not now or anytime within the next 2 years.
