Just a survey...hey, if we can survey typing speed, we can certainly survey sleep...and of course, a place to complain about sleep deprivation.
As for me, I LOVE TO SLEEP (it's all I do besides eat and talk), but I've found that if I'm not sleep deprived, I can only sleep for 7 hrs...I don't understand how people sleep all day long. Unfortunately, I only sleep about 4-5 hours a night now, which might sound like a lot to some of you, but I'm not even 20 yet lol...I'm supposed to be getting my 9 hours! It's a vicious cycle really...it's hard for me to fall asleep even when I'm tired, and then I can never wake up.
Anyway, I've come to the conclusion that sleep > food. I mean it sounds scary, but when you're up at 3 am and you have to wake up in another 3 hours, a few more hours of rest sounds much more appealing than *gasp* Honey Bunches of Oats.
