Hours of Sleep

Sleep about 4-5 hours on weekday (sleep around 1-2AM and wake-up around 6-7AM).

On weekend I will try to get more sleeping time, usually sleep late about 3AM and doze off straight to 12 PM if no activity plan on sunday/saturday.

Usually at the office, I lock the door, put on my fav OST and doze off a little like 15 to 30 minutes if I'm feeling very tired.

I get about 5-6 hours every night, although I always try to get 7-8 hours. I just have trouble falling asleep. Does anyone have this issue as well? Any suggestion or solution on how to fall asleep quickly at night?

Count the sheeps, balancing account, read dictionary or get a mirror and do self hypnosis

i go to uni and to work then drive home for an hour. i have a total of 7 hours inbetween tat are dedicated to my leisure time.

since my mum banned coffee in my house..i've been looking like an owl. thank god she doesn't rule the world!

on weekends is another story...i sleep for 18 hrs straight.
