Sleep about 4-5 hours on weekday (sleep around 1-2AM and wake-up around 6-7AM).
On weekend I will try to get more sleeping time, usually sleep late about 3AM and doze off straight to 12 PM if no activity plan on sunday/saturday.
Usually at the office, I lock the door, put on my fav OST and doze off a little like 15 to 30 minutes if I'm feeling very tired.
