Thanks junny. Yeah I love throwing in Shao Cai when making soup. Gives the soup a tint of sweetness. It also becomes very soft.

So is frequent/daily grilling healthy?
Thanks Junny.
Grilling is bad?! I've always thought it was healthy! How does it compare to frying?
"What is meant to be will always be."
I think it's healthier but only from a fat point of view 'cos grilled food soaks up less fat as opposed to deep fried. But grilling can cause charring which blackens the food, and that may also cause cancer.
Have you learned to love one another?
Well then, i suppose it all lies upon skill. you must be able to grill well with minimum charring and fry well with "healthy oil".
Watch out! Dihydrogen Monoxide will kill us all!
Hehe, yes, if you like to grill, avoid the char.
Same for toasting. I see some people toasting their bagels till they go all black-burnt and go yum yum. That's a whole lot of carcinogens.

Diacon (spelling?) is super yummy in soup also!
Oh, I'm a bit fan of steamed tofu with green onion and soy sauce. I'm just a crazy tofu fan!
Hatred is a curve blade. The harm we do to others, we also do to ourselves.

Chinese cabbage soup is good. You can drink the soup and eat the cabbage. I highly recommend the Iron Chef - Chinese Cabbage battle between Iron Chef Chen vs. the Chinese chef from China.
If you like grilling, get a George Foreman's grill.
